I circled the worst nub in red, there are a few others like that on the other KO bots, but none as bad as this one.
The silver thing on his butt is really hard to peg in on the KO, but I leave it off most of the time anyway, since it looks dumb and only serves a purpose in the weird combiner parts buids.
In green I circled a part where the original is actually worse than the KO. There's a tiny peg there for the alt mode, which gets in the way of the back part of the combiner torso and creates a gap. I can't for the life of me get that part to fit right, but on the KO there's no problem
