>>6474084So do I. I put my JC Penney Elsa doll on a doll stand, and since her cape is a little longer than the rest of her dress it got a little bunched up on the back of the stand. I left it like that for only 20 mins to go eat dinner. When I removed the doll from the stand to fix it I found that the cape has now permanently taken on the crinkled shape because it's made out of some really hard plastic type of material, and no matter what I do I can't get the the cape to un-crinkle. I thought I could flatten it out by putting the cape in the middle of a big heavy book over night, but the cape fells almost like hard plastic to the touch, and no matter what I do the cape stays crinkled in the same position.
