anyways im bumping with some more canned toys, here's HIA's Presidential Monsters George Washington. He was intended to be some kind of ghost or poltergheist, and came as one of the final figures they ever showed off before the company basically disappeared. They were working their way upto a crossover toyline with mars attacks, but much like the final wave of presidential monsters themselves, they never saw release. I really wish there was more info about HIA online. As far as I know they up and vanished sometime between 2015/2016.
