-gap between the large orange section and the window at the top of the ship needs to be "filled".
-color scheme has to be consistent throughout, I get you're using filler now, but you need a lot of replacement. I'd use 2 different colors for the "solid" parts of the ship: main and accent with the transparent pieces being a different, third color.
-the legs of the mech look odd to me when attached to the side of the ship, they break the streamlined flow of the ship.
-to be honest, the build looks a lot cleaner without the smaller builds attached to it. if it was my project I'd keep the ship clean and just keep the smaller builds as stand alone. no real reason to mash it all together.
