>>10234328The existing sleeve just pulls off. The flexo is interesting stuff. It's like Chinese fingercuffs in that you have to push it to get it to expand, and pulling on it will make it tighter. It was a bit tricky getting it over the existing wire, but still probably the easiest mod you'll ever make on a proton pack. It's inexpensive, but I hear it's backordered for several months. I want to replace the black rubber Hasbro "wires" with real ones in spiral wrap next. Picrel is how it looks on the movie prop.
