>>10716489The other two sets are rather less impressive, for different reasons. The Type 99 I would rate the better of the two - its main fault is the fit can be tight in places and hard on already suffering fingertips. It is a little unusual in that it is both tailored to fit its accompanying Mega CoD-style fig in the turret while retaining the appearance of just being scaled down from the original, sort of like a carnival ride. You can lift up the grates at the back to reveal the engine and if you remove the turret and the plate beneath it you'll find a miniature seat with driver controls, far too small for the fig or even a standard Lego guy.
The H.I.S.S. looks decent, but appearances can be deceiving. The thing is pretty flimsy, between questionable design choices and the limited amount of parts; all stickers; the driver area is devoid of any kind of controls; rolling the thing can lead to a couple cosmetic pieces coming off. Even the fig is underwhelming, reminds me of an extremely cheap police set that I think was Best-Lock I bought at Superstore forever ago, lemme see if I can dig up a pic.
