For a single RD though, shipping should only be around 700-800JPY if you select RSAL shipping. Also, in case you haven't already, double check the items you want by going to their product page (so clicking on the item, as opposed to just clicking "add to cart" from the search results). If other stores have stock, it'll show up towards the bottom of the product description, so you might get lucky and manage to find everything you need at one store.
