LEGO never created the blocks system. Nor the Peg System, nor the block+peg system... yet they pretty much claim it was them.
Most technic pieces are nothing more than mechanical pieces under a "grid" and a "pattern" and nothing more.
They have a patent for optimization for rendering bricks in real time for CAD software. Fuck them. I don't even know how they could get a patent like that. That's patent troll at its finest.
