He's chill, and he's cool. His attitude (and powers) being the only thing thst can keep Blast Attak relatively in check. If his temperature gets away with him and he overheats for an explosion, Icer can tell him to calm down, use some ice power to lower his temperature to keep him from going critical, and and at least keep him at a mild seethe
