>>10603986Same. I was very excited when OP first started out posting the male arms he was working on but even back then, he insisted on PLA which was lame, and that feels like it was ages ago and there's still seeemingly no progress on getting that male figure out. Plus all this nonsense talk about silly release models is confusing and just turning me off. I understand teasing and showing off your WIP, but when we're going on a year (or has it even been longer?) and we're still in that WIP tease phase with no end game, its just frustrating
>>10603848>>10603908And stuff like this exists. And that's just one company's figure. Theres several others with almost equally impressive articulation, and since they're factory made, there's no tinkering or fixing to worry about, the plastic is already custom-ready, and is much more crisp and nicer looking than any PLA print would ever be. Just $40-45 too, with lots of extra parts and a base.
The GW Toys bodies pictured here are between $30and $45 for the muscular to super hero muscular too. Yes, the articulation is not a nicely done as OP's and you wont get as much range, but for a blank body that is factory made and custom ready out of the box, I just struggle to see how a PLA printed blank is useful to anyone aside from the articulation autists.
