They have the tooling and parts for everything.
They could sell faction 3-4 packs. "name" characters. scientists and monsters separately.
Using the Exos with different armors could make freedom and duty. The Zombie sets could provide scientist suits.
Hopefully we are seeing some old friends there as well with monsters from the first 3.
You could have a "defend the downed helicopter set." Maybe a bunch of girders and catwalks and walls for bunker building.
I don't think Mega doing Fallout would have as much sale-ability and would require more retooling.
