I think this is the second biggest Prime Predaking. Maybe the biggest.
This dragon mode is kind of a bummer. So unarticulated. The forelegs can do stuff because they're clearly the robot arms but the head can't turn, the wings have a single pivot for folding and a single hinge for flapping. The rear legs are completely static.
Something a little out of the ordinary here is that there isn't any soft plastic for the pointy bits. His head and shoulders are primed to jab out some eyes with their solid plastic construction.
I don't think any of his toys got the look right either. This one is clearly the wrong shape and colour.
