Surprisingly still no comparisons of the LEacy and Chogokin Ultrazords, so here's my crappy attempt before I sent Legacy Megazord and Titanus into storage(I still love the Legacy Dragonzord though)
I somewhat prefer the gold paint to the chrome of the chogokins, and the difference isn't that major as to really need replacing if you're fine with the Legacy Ultrazord. The Chogokin does hold together a lot nicer, but the arm joints are still too weak to hold up the arms with the gauntlets. And it is funny how the MegaDragonzord mode basically gimps the elbow articulation of the megazord entirely. Its kinda amusing since one of the main attractions of the chogokin is the increased articulation and all these sets added on to the base just make it effectively the same as a cheaper toy. And while the smaller dragonzord is a lot better for the appearance and stability of the MegaDragonzord mode, the fact that Titanus is the same size as the Legacy(and thus same size gauntlets) Means the MDZ kinda feels like he's overwhelmed by Titanus, visually, in the Ultrazord mode.
But still, I'm glad Bandai did this set, its cool to have definitive versions of the trio
