>>5832358well I used to preorder like 3 nendos a month, beginning around a year ago and I have yet to ever have one that sold out. That's why I've realized that for the most part it's pointless unless you really want it the day it comes out.
It's usually figma that end up being sold out. I'd only preorder Meta Knight, and that Boba Fett one (even though I don't think it will be sold out I just wanna be 100% sure). Other than those 2 I can't even think of a nendo that will sell out. Obviously the exclusive shit GSC only nendos will not be able to be attained later for cheap. For example, pic related, if you wanted her you'd have to preorder, because she's GSC only(I think they might be selling her on a few other sites). No way she'll be anywhere near 4,630Y after she comes out.
But if you look on Amiami, you'll notice that tons of nendos that came out in the last month are still on sale and you can buy them when it's convenient instead of being enslaved to the preorder payment when the time arrives. I had a few money issues where I had to cancel orders because I had accidentally preordered too many, and then realized I should have just not preordered at all because I got them later anyway.
tldr; nendos rarely ever are scalper rape prices unless they came out a long time ago or were exclusive to GSC shops or extremely popular in the west and even then it's unlikely.
