I'm just going to stick mine o'n the plastic stand it comes with. Also started to assemble the ship properly, ran into some problems with fitting but I can solve those with putty. Going to do another layer of oil paint too on the deck to even out the darker shades a bit and blend in the freshly applied buff color.
Not sure what I'll do with the weathering, I'm not a huge fan of overweathering but for ships of the 2nd pacific squadron that's practially impossible to do. You can just keep going
