So, there was some interest in Springer and Bulkhead last (main) thread, and of the two, I'm going with Bulkhead right now, since he's a newer mold with a bit more going on than Springer (who's just his Siege mold with his G1-style toy colors). I held off knowing full well the jannies were going to delete the wrong thread last time, so here we go.
To start with, I should clarify that I've never seen Prime and had no idea who the character was; I had to look him up, and strangely, Bulkhead here looks nothing like the character he's supposed to be depicting, aside for his head. If anything, he looks a lot more like a cartoon-ified version of AOE Hound (who ALSO looked and - acted - nothing like the character he was supposed to depict). But that's fine - he looks pretty good regardless, and has some decent accessories.
