>>6642786Looks like your paint was too thin, and you applied it too heavily. You CAN put it down that thin, but you'll want to apply it in VERY thin mist coats from a slightly greater distance from the part (not too much, with lacquers your paint might even dry before it hits the part if you're not careful) and every coat will need to dry fully before the next.
It'll be a huuuuuuge pain in the ass. but you'll wind up with a smooth as fuck layer of paint by the end of it.
Or you could just adjust your thinner ratio, and you'll be on easy street.
