What a fucking poorfag who babies shit just because it cost a lot and worries about the resale value, because you can't actually afford this hobby.
The differences between durability of the figures are almost nill, because the paints they use are toxic as fuck shit that basically melts into the plastic. And the plastics all these companies use aren't brittle shit (99% of the time). Whether they're imports, childrens toys, or overpriced hipstershit.
And I don't actually keep my 3a toys in a box like that, since i only own like a dozen and they're constantly on display, because i loves robots. Pic only existed to trigger poorfags like yourself, because the first time i took a picture of my white boxes (see pic) and posted it here made me laugh.
ALSO 3a's shit is partially what you believe your Figmas and Figuarts are like. Partially, because only the weathering is embellished by hand. The main paint jobs are masked/tampoed with toxic paint just like any Marvel Legend.
ALSO ALSO, revoltechs, despite their japanese collector prices, have been having problems with plasticizers leaking and/or colors changing for a couple of figures.
ALSOx3: super expensive plastic shit that you find in art galleries and museums breaks down faster, because the artists who make them don't hire chemical engineers like bandai and hasbro do to make their plastics long lasting. Kaiyodo probably doesn't have on staff chemical engineers either.
