It's arguably the most important part of a figure, it's where you focus in photos, it's where you look first, so there is a lot of pressure to nail the details nicely. It's not unheard of to pay $40-50 for single really well-made heads on the aftermarket.
That said, I do not like these heads at all. It just doesn't feel right for Chun-Li, she looks so cocky, bordering on villainous even.
