From the black suit with chucks to the skull head to the guns and katana schtick to the boombox, it's like they're trying so hard to make this cool character that he literally comes off as a tryhard. It makes me feel shame looking at him. I can picture him being this guy who thinks he's the shit, but all the other assassins or whatever are snickering behind his back at what a corny loser he is.
Getting "cool" right is difficult and elusive. Mezco pushed way too hard in this case. Some restraint would have gone a long way here.
