The male torsos are all hard plastic, so split the crotch piece and you can cut or pry apart the rest at the seams. I use a cheap pair of sidecutters to break the glue seam.
Ladytorsos are a soft plastic, so you have to heat n pop the lower torso and arms apart, and cut the lower torso in half like above.
