One of the reasons I've yet to get the Pharah or Mercy is because they're so pricey, yet barely come with anything.
No barrage, knock back, healing, or rez effects. No accessories from the victory poses or intros like a basket ball, or mugs.
And they definitely should have come with more face plates; Mercy with a laughing face, and Pharah with happy and rage faces.
heck some characters could have their death faces.
