>>9727019That's absolutely the case, the unique tooling makes them more expensive, and the sizing is Hasbro's way of trying to justify the increased price point. I think most people would have been happy to pay the extra $10 for them had Hasbro scaled them properly and been upfront about them needing to cost more. The other option would be to make the monsters less articulated to reduce the cost and keep them within the standard price point. I mean do we really need 25 PoA on monsters of the week who were barely mobile in the first place? Bandai's monsters were almost never as articulated as their Rangers, and to this day they're some of my most cherished toys because the sculpting on them was so good.
