It’s been probably half a year since I’ve posted on here or browsed the Joe threads, so these might have been posted here already.
But I was at Dollar Tree (now actually a 1.25$ for most items) a few days and I went to the 3 dollars and up isle that some of them have now, and saw these in that section. They’re all 5 dollars, at least at my location, and could only find these three sets, which they had multiples of.
They’re like GI Joe Lego/Mega Construx sets (more akin to Lego, since Mega Construx has A LOT more specialized pieces and a ton more articulation for their minifigures). I haven’t actually opened the sets up yet, so I can’t comment on the quality of the pieces or how well the pieces stick together. I’m hoping that the figures come with at least one weapon for them to have when not in the vehicle, but since they’re not shown on the box art, I’m not holding my breath.
Also, it’s a little odd how the “classic” artwork used is Commando (goggles) Snake-Eyes, yet the mini-fig seems to be visor Snake-Eyes. And the minicopter shows a Cobra Trooper, heh the mini-fig shows mirror helmet Cobra Commander.
