Give them the ultimatum: ship it within a month or you lose it. No refunds. A year is well outside any credit card's protection, and if HLJ provides notice that you were duly informed that any products not shipped would be forfeited, you can't even sue them.
But HLJ won't because they're pussies. They're too afraid of losing the bad customers they already can't get rid of.
