>>10901410and now I think i might've figured out the answer. These fucking piece of shit paints take a long time to cure. Almost all of the wrinkling +bubbling happened around the areas where there was hataka acrylics under. This is the 3rd fucking brand of waterbased paints (vallejo sometimes, AK all the time) that i've had this issue with.
I guess i'm going to have to ditch water based acrylics for fucking good.
