Probably a toss up between a few things. Likely the old toybiz ML Deadpool, the old Vampire hunter D 1/10 Epoch figure, or Revoltech Jehuty Anubis version. Got a particularly great price on that last one for a CIB figure.
Not sure that any of these are actually rare though. They just tend to go for a decent price.
I've got the NECA Misfits Fiend which is a safe bet for a retail buy, and plenty of the X-Men and Batman figures I've bought over the past few years are sure to rise in price. Colossus, Cyclops, Cable, Beast, etc. are all going for decent prices right now. I'm sure the recent McFarlane Red Hood will shoot up too. But I know that these aren't actually rare, in most cases these are just the late taxes people are willing to pay. Price or rarity has never been the reason I collect anyway. I just like toys.
