The threat of being sued is a joke. It's like jaywalking laws, it is not enforced unless to make some example of people. Channels like Ryan's World are predatory, they take money from sponsors, shill the sponsors product, make money of targeted ads and do not mark them for children. The law is made to prevent things like this from happening, not to prevent neckbeards with less than 100k subs reviewing figuarts to get slapped 40k fine.
