Probably the only way to have kept Randy from breaking is by taking him out of the box years ago. If you have one that i's box and transform him, the tension from the transformation can make him crumble like powder. Also if you want him to hold his weapon, you better heat up his hand and pray as you put it in, otherwise the fist might crack in half.

Yeah, but in totally different ways then GPS is. None of them literally crumble over time.
Quite a few of them melt under prolonged sunlight/heat exposure, but none straight up disintegrate.*

*not counting the biodegradable materials designed to do that.
