>>5692947Friday's already too late, dude.
Thursdays are slow as fuck and you can get pretty much everything that day. Preview Night is also the same way.
The exceptions are Hasbro and Mattel, who are very strict about the amount of people who can buy each day... until late Thursday and Friday, where they let in anyone. And last year, almost nothing sold out until late Saturday and even then, Sunday still had a lot of stuff left over and the booth was mostly empty.
>Your entire argument is Bullshit because you never assume you can just do something like set a price or stock monitor for sites and just wait to be notified when a figure is in stock. Do you have any idea of how terrible this is to gauge?
Lots of people want in until they have to pay money and very few people will give up their money ahead of time. Just look at kickstarter and how few people actually sign up until AFTER it hits its goal. So it requires a lot of people to actually plan ahead and put some fucking forethought into what they're buying.
OH SHIT, sorta like Comic Con, huh? Plan ahead to get what you want, instead of being a little baby who hates everything when they're left out.
oh, and people bitch all the time about kickstarter. It's literally that whole thing someone wants in that other thread about how unfair the world is wah wah wah, yet we get wah wah wah about it too.
