Doing larger characters and even smaller ones will be hard to in the "scale" he's currently doing. An imperial guard would be like 5.5" with how he's currently doing these figures and would that also cost ~$20?
What about tau?
Would doing the larger terminator armor or the crisis suits cost $50? $80?
Doing it in 1:18 would allow an actual compatible scale to be made and allow for cheaper price options. I'd have no problem paying $15-20 for a 1:18 (5"?) Space Marine. Or $10-$14 for 4" Imperial Guard/Fire Warriors. Get some $30-40 for larger power armor and $50+ for vehicles.
