I've never had any issues with rubbing alcohol before. The only problem I've ever had with rubbing alcohol would be on the painted on underwear of Disney Store dolls. For some reason nothing happens when you use it on their faces, but if you rub it on their painted underwear the underwear paint starts to come off.
