I guess considering the shipping that should be expected. I'm sure a lot of the time is from government people inspecting everything from China. It probably also accounts for a fair amount of damage to products that were probably meant to be sold locally and played with a bit and not necessarily hold up for 20 years so you can try to resell them as an investment like people do with lego.
Either way, I it wasn't anything big so I'm not out too much if it doesn't arrive. If it does make it here it will probably a nice surprise after I've forgotten about it.
