Second, Ideas need at least 15 images in order to be approved, and the Toa head project only has 11. Lastly, the main image has the Bionicle logo, which goes against the Acceptable Content policy against using logos owned by The Lego Group. If the Toa Head isn't approved, now you know in part why.
