The 70% isopropyl I have works wonders on the acrylic paint, but the primer appears as though it won't be done away with so easily. I might try soaking some small parts for a bit, but I saw some people saying only 90% would work. I might also try Testors Easy Lift Off, seems well recieved for getting rid of tamiya primer.
