Like those anons said, plantigrade or digitigrade legs will usually work depending on situation and style but for arms/hands there are no defined standards, they're more or less improvised in each work and with how much variety there is between paws, hooves, wings and whatnot adapting all that into hands in a manner that still works well is a challenge to be sure. For example in Poppy O'Possum birds have normal wings equipped with attachments that generate humanoid hands when they're needed, it looks pretty awkward but then again so is the classic method of turning wing feathers into "fingers".
