Man I don't wanna top coat kits but I want to move to Real Grades and my first one is turning out pretty rough around the edges already. I feel like I need to upgrade from my ghetto finger nail file and cheap Igan nippers. I have a hobby knife but I'm also a bit of a phobic bitch about razor-sharp tools so I'm still not great at using it.
Should I just start with the Tamiya Basic Tools kit? Will that be a fair upgrade over what I'm using?
