He'd be a small enough figure (around 1st form size), so if they can pack 1st form Frieza with his pod and even a small supernova bead effect, then I'm certain they can make a Final Form Frieza with like 3 tail options. One regular relaxed one, one curled for choking type poses like the original FF Frieza, and one that is basically an arc like picrel for overhead tailwhips.
Maybe keep the one ball joint where it attaches to the body, and then have cuts across the rest of the length that allow you to just swivel. His tail is featureless enough that it wouldn't cause too much visual distortion.
