The tenkomori set is just the same as the first wave, it contains one unique cat & unique cat harness piece with 2 sets of every part from the wave in a unique colour (if that matters to you or not) To get a complete set of everything (4x parts normal you have to get 1 tenkomori set & one 2x4 set, most people get 2 tenkomoris to even up the numbers of coloured pieces.
