They can do a good face for him but they simply didn't. Even the original preview images we got looked great, but the actual figure doesn't. I was thrilled with the pack and wanted it as I love AVP arcade, but when I saw it at my local store I opted against it because the paint on the face was so fucked. Not everyone who disagrees with you is a troll.
