This realistic Phase I Rex that was teased over a decade ago.
Hasbro decided to repack the inferior Phase II 3 3/4 TBS Rex in TVC instead of producing this one based off the Fordo body. Supposedly Hasbro is also sitting on other updated TVC figures for about as long, like Hammerhead.
