These kind of more detailed micro playsets like Mighty Max relied a lot on many paint apps and unique tooling for the 'shells'. Doing those kind of things these days is so expensive and exactly the kind of thing toy companies avoid. They like tooling they can re-use many times with different mold colors and stuff that doesn't have to be hand painted since that's more expensive than paint stamping and the UV printing.
That one small company was making new micro playsets that were kind of a Mighty Max knock off, but they're really expensive for what you get since they're small production runs
