So my Magical Snow Miku #380 finally broke.
A pigtail nendo ball joint suddenly snapped off, totally out of nowhere. I treat my nendos very carefully, but I bought it used from Amiami years ago, so it may have been abused before it ever made it to my non-ham-hands. Either way, the damage is done.
I emailed GSC to ask if I could buy a replacement, after another owner told me they helped him get a snow miku part. They politely told me to sit on my thumb and spin. So fuck em.
I'm currently trying to fix the joint with some unconventional methods, but I don't know that it's going to hold up as a long-term solution so I'm looking for a donor to cannibalize.
My question, to any hardcore nendo enthusiast experts: Are there any other nendos that use this sort of long peg ball joint, either in any shade of blue, or even white? Maybe one of the other snow mikus?
I've been looking through MFC and trying to take a guess from some of the photos, but I can't make a positive ID. Maybe #97 or #207? Maybe even #181, Nymph?
Worst case scenario, I buy a bootleg Snow Magic Miku and just steal hers. They're trash, but if it breaks, I'll have two of them.
