The worst part of this is, I know better than to contact Medicom or HLJ for a replacement for this, just purely based on my communications with them in the past about my Hush Superman; Medicom will just refer me to the retailer from whom I purchased it to resolve the issue, and HLJ will, at best, offer me some sort of partial store credit, stating that they don't expect to receive anymore of this product.
