Though their aesthetic will not mix in the slightest. That said, I feel they're far too masculine to work as cute goblin girls. Even the pink one, the most feminine looking of all of them, just wouldn't work as a female goblin imo. The bald heads and square chests make them very much male goblins to me.
People have made somewhat decent fem-goblins from mixing the Mythic Legions female orc with the goblin legs. Since the AoD Goblins have the same size torsos and arms as the taller figures, it's really a simple leg swap. The 4H already released a female Dwarf using a similar build, so I can easily see a female Gob at some point in the line. The only question is how the head will turn out. On that note, we need new female Orcs as well, the one female Orc builder they released had that weird asymmetrical armored look that turned a lot of people off, and a regular armed female Orc, hopefully with a new head, would look fantastic.
I would also love to see pic related made. Hell, a whole wave of medieval pirate type figures would be amazing. Reuse the Otho head to make a Maori type island savage, make a Kappa like goblin with the Knubnick head and turtle shield, a good ol' swashbucking Skeleton pirate from the 2.0 skeletons, it's a fun theme that really needs to get explored at some point.
