It's the 2004 Interactive Astro Boy by bandai, he's got a lot of really cool features but unfortunately, I cannot recommend him. He has broken in two places simply by standing on my shelf unmoved. whatever plastic he is made of has become extremely brittle. His fingers broke on one arm and then the spring release in his rocket powered feet broke. I keep him though because he's cool and I loved astro boy as a kid.
