>>9759581A number of the ships I've made have had planking detail on the superstructure as well, so trying to keep the two apart would be rather futile. IIRC this has led to bits of the deck getting a bit darker of a wash then I'd really wanted as the overall pin wash (as opposed to the planking wash mix) ended up where it shouldn't be but that isn't really noticeable all said and done. I didn't make that big a difference between the wash mixes I guess and there are bigger fuckups to draw my attention.
