like I said, I like brushing Tamiya acrylics except for white. something about it just doesn't work. I know it's supposed to take a few more coats than a blue or green, and obviously more coats than a dark gray or black, but it just doesnt seem to come off right. I've experimented with different levels of thinner (read: water), ranging from none to about a 4:1 mix paint:thinner, and it always just seems to pool and not spread properly. it could be the bottles themselves, but I'm not sure. I'll try a few more coats today to see if I can get an even spread of the color, otherwise I'll have to Simple Green it and go get some Vallejo white the next time I'm at the hobby shop.
