First MP grade figure I've ever bought came in the mail, Cloud 9 Quakeblast. Absolutely fucking love him. I think I need a Grimlock in Dino mode to go with him.
I'm concerned the fanstoys one will clash with him for two reasons.
First, the matte nintendium grey won't match the metallic car paint look of Shockwave here. Second, this shockwave has an "updated" design that's not truly cartoon or toy accurate, more "idealized" I'd say.
The upcoming Gigapowered one in Chrome would seem to me to be a better fit for him, but I am honestly not sure if that or FT-08X with the G1 dino head will be a better "match" for him. What do you think, /toy/?
