Whilst I am a serial figure tweaker, I can promise they’re both standing unaided without any tightening - they were both sealed and thankfully came out of the box and off the card with good joints. They’re a mass of ball joints though, so should be very readily fixable if they ever do go a bit loosey-goosey.
